The location was convenient and the room was clean and airy. However, plugging in a few phones caused the breaker to trip, and they didn’t fix it until the next morning. Their follow‑up was also poor, so I won’t stay here again.

I was told parking wasn’t free, so I parked near the station for 5 CHF for the whole stay. In the morning I asked if I could bring the car in front just to load luggage, and they said yes with a thumbs up. When we left, they claimed I’d used the parking without permission, charged me, and deducted 10 CHF from my 100 CHF deposit. Management was terrible and made a mockery of travelers from abroad. State your wishes directly; don’t make a mockery of people who come from other countries.
