The room and bathroom were large, the air‑conditioning worked well, the cleaning was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Because the lodging is big, there is a lack of signage in the elevators and corridors to guide people to where they should go inside the inn.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The property has many stairs, but that wasn’t a problem because there is an elevator to the parking lot. There is no air‑conditioning in the rooms (at least in the one I took) and the parking is a bit confusing because it requires a staff member to open the gate; the entrance is far from reception.

The location is excellent, close to the center, with nearby restaurants. It’s a 10‑minute walk (though uphill) to the main square of the city. The team is super helpful, giving great tips about the city. The only note would be about the air‑conditioning in the room: we arrived on a very hot day and it was warm, and the next day the temperature dropped dramatically and it was cold, but that’s just a remark. Everything else was flawless.

The inn has a spacious area, and the room is very comfortable and cozy. All the staff are very attentive, from reception to the people in front of the café. The coffee is delicious, with plenty of fresh options. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to visit tourist spots without needing a car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety, and everything seemed very fresh. The room has a small view of the garden and the pool. It’s a bit damp, but there is a dehumidifier. The hotel has parking, but we preferred to leave the car on the street in front of the entrance because it’s much more convenient. The downside was the room (number 6) where we stayed. It’s at the end of a staircase (downward), where many people pass. There is no sound insulation, so we could hear all the conversations. From early morning, you can hear other guests talking in the lounge and the breakfast balcony, as well as the pool. If you want to wake up a bit later, you can’t, because the noise from people is quite loud, like if they were in your own room. I think if we stayed longer, it would have bothered me a lot.
