I did not cancel, and my money was not returned.

Nothing interested me. The room was not clean, there were no toiletries, and the bathroom door could not close.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only facilities were AC and Wi‑Fi, plus a bath towel; there was no TV signal.

No positives. The hotel’s status does not match reality.
