The location was good, but it took two hours to get in.

The price‑quality ratio was decent and the air‑conditioning worked well. The bathroom was tiny and the shower had no curtain, which was inconvenient. Communication with the manager was almost nonexistent, and the cleaning that was supposed to happen halfway through the stay only occurred after five days.

We entered and within ten minutes the bathroom door was stuck because the lock was broken; we were told to use a coin or something to open it. The vacation promised! 🤨 After seven days, I said we couldn’t keep the same towels and bedding that long; the lady agreed to change everything, but if we wanted another change we had to pay. Two rolls of toilet paper for all those days was immoral! Rooms 2 and 3 had broken or darkened glass on the common terrace; yesterday I saw the lady in room 3 naked because everything is visible. The service charge was the first thing she asked me to leave in cash on the bedside table. The trash cans outside were stinking, and she apologized that in the center they only come once a week to take out the wet waste. If it were me, I wouldn’t wait for the municipality; I’d take it out to avoid my guests being stuck in that mess. The service was terrible, and she seemed unwilling to make the guests comfortable—“you’ve paid, now deal with it.” For that price, there are better places.
