The room was comfortable, but the street view and the loud construction nearby made it especially noisy; the hotel had nothing to do with it, yet it was still bothersome.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, and centrally located with a nice pool in the city center. We asked the reception for a van for eight people to go to the airport, but when it was time to leave the van wasn’t available. The staff then called two street taxis, one of which was not an official taxi. That taxi broke down en route and we almost missed our flight. Luckily we hitched a ride on the highway and another passing taxi picked us up. We found it unprofessional that the hotel staff suggested we take that unlicensed taxi. Everything else was fine.
