The service and location were good. I booked two days, but when I arrived the staff told me I only had one day booked, so the lady who helped us out kindly fixed the issue. What bothered me was the price: 465 bolivianos without breakfast and 320 bolivianos with breakfast and no reservation.

Hotel muy céntrico, a 1 cuadra de la plaza principal. Habitación grande y luminosa, con una nevera pequeña. Desayuno básico pero hay un poco de todo y te hacen huevos al momento. La buena atención de todo el personal, tanto de recepción como desayunos, es un plus. No considero que actualmente se corresponda a la categoría que consta. Sobretodo los baños deberían renovarse, hay baldosas rotas y con moho, también en la bañera

No tienen ascensor y eso complico a personas de la 3ra edad y no pudieron dar piezas en planta baja. No tener disponibilidad de piezas en.planta baja ya que no tienen ascensor

The only redeeming factor at this place is the staff’s service. The cleanliness was terrible: the room was full of dust and mites, the old curtains were covered in grime, the old air‑conditioner didn’t work at night so we had to rely on ventilation, and the floor was filthy with hair, dust, and looked like a fruit chunk; my friend found a hair on her sheet and the dust and mites triggered her rhinitis, forcing her to take medication. We booked two nights, paid, but only stayed one and the unused night was not refunded because we left early due to the poor conditions. The breakfast was weak. I don’t recommend it. In the middle of the bathroom there’s a drain that could let a cockroach crawl up.

The hotel sits in a great spot, right in the middle of everything I wanted to see. The only real downside was that there was never any hot water for the shower – it was a daily issue.
