We were greeted warmly and the property is stunningly charismatic; every moment from start to finish was fantastic. I wouldn’t change a single thing except that we’d love to stay longer—we just didn’t want to leave. Many guests have been coming for years and the vibe feels like an extended family. Everyone made us feel welcome. Great job, Greg & Sam 👏 See you both in 2027, Room 7 😂xx PS they even bake little treats for all guests! 😋

The building is beautiful and still retains many historic features. It’s close to the beach. Breakfast (and dinner) is served at the same time for everyone, but the hosts are very accommodating if you want to deviate. The cooked breakfast is excellent, and they often add cake or cookies for later in the day. The bed is comfortable, the parking spot is oddly shaped and cramped, but it works fine. The shower stall is very small, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair and you end up bumping your elbows everywhere.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice, cozy, and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shower was a bit small for getting in and out.

The location and parking were great. Cleanliness was good and extras like gluten‑free biscuits in the room for me and flapjacks for my partner were appreciated. The tuck shop and drinks were honest. The room was lovely, large, and bright. Staff were friendly and organized, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. It’s family‑run and they handled our luggage. Rough towels.
