The staff were trying their best, I'll give them that. But honestly, the hotel was a disaster - the bed was dirty, there were cockroaches running around, and I got swarmed by tiny bugs in bed. I had to switch rooms, and the poor guy at reception seemed just as frustrated as I was. The bugs were everywhere, not just mosquitoes. The second room wasn't infested, but the bed still wasn't clean.

Honestly, there's not much to say about the positives here, but the shabby condition of the place really needs some attention. The overall vibe was pretty dismal, it's like they could use a good makeover or something.
