“The are not honest, took extra money from us”

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but things took a turn for the worse when I arrived at the reception. They took extra money from us, claiming it was for some extra services, but the price we saw online was different. When I questioned them, they just shrugged it off and asked for even more money, which felt like they were taking advantage of us. It's not exactly what I'd call fair, especially when you book online and expect a certain price.

The hotel's staff started off on the wrong foot by demanding extra pay, which set the tone for a disappointing stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room also broke down, causing a lot of hassle. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional, and the AC issue was a major problem. It was a shame, because the initial impression was already bad.
