Personnel adorable. Situation réellement proche de l aeroport ( 20 minutes a pieds si besoin) et a cote de la olage de kuta également

The staff were super nice, and they even helped us get another taxi on our last day when the first one didn't want to let us in for weird reasons. We didn't have much time to our flight, so fast reaction from staff really saved us. The room was very clean, and the food was good. Also, the design of the hotel is so unique!!. Maybe the fact that water temperature was difficult to control? Other than that, everything was fine and it's really just a good option for this price. I saw someone complaining in their review about outdoor bath, but I didn't have that problem. There are rooms with bathrooms inside

Great location close to airport and many local business, staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing i can point but it did not affect me personally is not having hot water in the bedroom shower
