Very well located next to Gambir Station. The staff were very friendly and spoke a bit of English (unlike what other comments had mentioned). The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The location was easy to access. The view was not great.

The hotel is truly central and close to many attractions, street food, and the bus. The facilities are nice and it offers good value for money. The room could use a bit of updating and a deeper clean, especially the bathroom; for a few nights it was pleasant enough.

The staff were accommodating to our complaints. The shower was full of chalk so it didn’t work properly, the air conditioning was so dirty it caused respiratory problems, and the sheets were old.

Central location. Friendly staff. Clean room, the guys who clean are great! They don’t speak much English, so communication can become difficult at times.
