I’ve circled the globe looking for the most luxurious hotels, and this place has shattered my expectations because I know I’ll never find anything like One&Only Portonovi again. The reception is spectacular, the facilities are absolutely magnificent and defined by the highest level of luxury, and the customer service is truly seven‑star. I don’t want to sound flattering, but the money I invested in my stay feels insignificant compared with everything I experienced. Today was my last day, and unfortunately, I became ill. I informed the hotel, and Peter Dovrobic, while being unable to provide me with medication due to hotel policy, kindly advised me on which pharmacy to visit. They even offered to take me to the pharmacy themselves to purchase what I needed, and they brought me a soup to help me recover. Mirjana Popadik took such wonderful care of me with chocolates and fresh fruit, while Dimash Tiribossynov looked after us exceptionally well. It is almost impossible to put into words the kindness of the housekeeping manager, who, with a warm smile, gave my baby a stuffed toy. It made him the happiest baby in the world. And the same goes for the bell staff—their level of service is simply impossible to describe. Excellence, understated luxury, comfort, and exclusivity. After 18 years of experiencing some of the best of the best around the world, I can summarize it all in just one phrase: One&Only Portonovi — the crème de la crème of luxury. No imperfections here.
