The property, the food and the staff. Maintenance of the rooms and it's surroundings. The rooms smelled bad

The staff were polite and hospitable, and the property was scenic. The swimming pool was dirty and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The food was very good at both breakfast and dinner, and the staff were helpful and warm‑hearted. The polite team served the food nicely. Nothing specific to complain about.

We had an unsatisfactory stay – the location and the property were okay, but the tent house wasn’t worth the Rs.10,250. In the tent house the hand shower in the restroom was broken and the water pressure in the shower was very slow. The swimming pool wasn’t clean, especially the kids’ pool area floor tile was broken and my child injured his foot. Not satisfied with the property.
