The property was spotless, and the location in Nusa Dua was perfect because it was close to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room came with all the necessities—no need to ask for an iron or ironing board. The hospitality was lovely all around, and the value for money was great. I was in Bali for my birthday and would definitely book this hotel again if I return.

The property was lovely, the room was great, the pool was nice, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no problems at all.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that our balcony room faced the road, making it very noisy.

The staff were great, quick to help and answer questions. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, and the laundry dryer was a lifesaver – thanks. The only drawback was the tiny pool; it felt more like a kiddie pool than a proper ocean view, and I’d have liked a decent swim, especially since the tide was low most of the time.

My reservation did not include breakfast. They didn’t help me move my bags on the first or last day, and even though I had already paid for laundry, the reception questioned me and held me for about 10 minutes.
