The location was convenient, but the staff were rude except on Sunday; the girl who checked us in on Friday and stayed on Saturday was very rude, and the heat wouldn’t work, leaving us cold.

The staff were great—very friendly and professional. I called late in the day before booking and the man who answered was happy to help and said he looked forward to our stay; check‑in and check‑out were smooth. When we left, I forgot my pillow, called after 11 pm at our next stop, and the same pleasant man answered, searched for it, and left a message for the manager as requested; they found the pillow and set it aside for our return trip, so it’s now at the top of our travel list. The only downside was the luggage carts, which need upgrading, but overall it was great value.

The room looked nice, but the bed wasn’t comfortable and the mattress kept sliding off the platform.
