The place was very pretty. We understand that after the earthquake emergency some menu items were unavailable, but they handled it well and upgraded us to a much better cabin than the one we had booked.

Nothing positive to mention. Getting there was almost impossible, no one was available to help, there was no power, and the location was inaccessible. Terrible.

The view, the weather, and the pet‑friendly vibe were great, and Ana was attentive. One morning we had to bathe in almost no water and very cold water. Filling the jacuzzi took several hours; if you’re not next to it it fills with cold water 😩. The room couldn’t be darkened to sleep late, and a black toilet should be banned in a public place by law.

The food was excellent and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. The rooms get a lot of morning light.
