Nicole went about and beyond when we had dinner on the second night. She was so bubbly and friendly and great with the kids. Her service was excellent!. Beds were uncomfortable. I had also asked for early check in and asked for a room with double bed. This had to be pushed together. I had also hoped for a sea view but didn't get it

The staff were friendly and the food was good, with a sea view, but the room had crisps and wrappers under the sofa bed, a chipped bathroom door, tired furnishings, and the room wasn’t part of the main hotel. The sauna, steam room, and changing room were all very small.
