The place was clean, new, and pretty, and the service was cheerful and enthusiastic, but parking was not available, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the breakfast offered only pho, tea/coffee, and fruit with no variety. For the price I paid it was acceptable, yet there’s room for improvement. The room itself was fine overall but smaller than I expected, and a lingering odor could be mitigated with better ventilation.

It was a wonderful vacation in Nha Trang before heading home. Happy Star Hotel left the warmest impressions. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and beautiful, with excellent service, attentive staff, and a convenient location. Before I arrived I requested early check‑in, and the staff did everything possible to accommodate me, allowing me to check in earlier without extra charge, for which I’m very grateful. From the very first moment I felt genuine kindness and care. They helped me lift my luggage to the room, upgraded my room category for free, provided tasty breakfasts, and even cooked dishes to my order. The room was spacious, with a balcony, comfortable beds, a TV with YouTube access, a shower, and a bathtub. Daily cleaning was done well and on time. It was especially pleasant that before I left the staff helped arrange an airport transfer. Thanks to such attentive treatment, my stay was comfortable and carefree. I was very pleased with my stay at Happy Star Hotel and gladly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Nha Trang. Many thanks to all the staff for their hospitality, care, and high level of service!

In my opinion, this is the best price/quality in Nha Trang right now, but there is a strange smell in the closet; if you don’t open it, everything is fine.
