“Cliente complacido”
The cost‑to‑service ratio seemed excellent; the location is superb, super strategic for many tourist spots and services right around the corner.
“If you need a comfortable place to sleep, shower, and a nice community in a safe space, this is wher”
The beds are pretty nice, and I like the bunk bed setup. The lockers are big enough to fit a large duffel bag. The curtains are somewhat blackout, not fully, but they’re pretty good. I’ve stayed at a bunch of hostels in SF, and this is probably one of the nicer ones. Some staff are very helpful, and a few are extremely kind and prompt when I need anything, for which I’m grateful. The bathrooms are generally clean, though if you’re there during rush hour they might still be wet from someone using it before, but there’s space to keep your stuff and hooks to hang clothes and towels. The showers are clean and odorless. The location is decent, in a relatively safe part of town where you can walk around. The lobby is a bit small, but the community is nice, so that shouldn’t be a problem. Most staff are friendly, though a handful are a bit cold or unhelpful. If you’re coming from another city, you might not need emotional support, but if you want a bit of warmth, excitement, and encouragement, some of them weren’t that way. Depending on your roommates, some leave dirty shoes out, and that stinks up the room; I just breeze it when I get back at night, but it’s something to watch. The rooms are generally clean, and housekeeping does a good job.
The location was good, but the room we got was right under a stair and was noisy throughout.
Horrible crowded
“A great stay with cozy bunks!”
The place was perfectly located, and my friend and I loved the food spots within walking distance; bus stops were also super close. This was my first time at a hostel, and it was definitely an amazing first experience. Even though we shared a room with others, the enclosed bunks with curtains made the space feel cozy and comfy, and I was out like a light each night. The staff were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. We did hear shouting and even a fight outside each night – part of city life, I guess! I also wish I’d known there were accessible rooms with an accessible entrance.
