The staff were amazing and kind, very helpful, and even my mom, who didn’t speak Japanese, was assisted when she had a problem. The location was also great! Nothing else.

Getting to the station and the surrounding shops is very convenient, and the staff were courteous and attentive, making the experience pleasant. This was my third stay, and while some wear and tear is understandable, a bit more thorough cleaning of the wet areas would improve things.

We stayed with three kids for a Disney trip, and the room was spotless, the staff were helpful, and the park was close, which made everything wonderful. There were no particular issues and we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Having a ice‑maker was useful, but it would be better if each room also provided a container for the ice; the paper cups that were supplied were too small, didn’t fit well and often spilled onto the tray, which was noticeable.
