“I would like to stay there again for important meetings and trainings.”
Everything went smoothly. The room assigned to me was very nice, clean, and had a lovely view of the city, which was bright and beautiful. I even caught a full moon early one morning. I can’t think of anything negative.
“Great place to stay when you’re traveling since it’s very close to the ABQ airport”
The location was very convenient, the place was very clean, and the room was very comfortable. We weren’t allowed to use the side‑door entrance, so we had to go through the front door instead.
“It's ok”
The location was good. Breakfast was okay, but one of the elevators wasn’t working, so they had everyone use the staff elevator.
“Generally very pleasant.”
No one was there to help with my luggage; at 88 I would have appreciated a little assistance. The restaurant staff and the shuttle driver were very nice, though.
Closeness to the airport, comfortable and clean. 1: There was a very unpleasant odor in the front of the lobby when I arrived. 2: I was given a room that was already occupied. When I approached the door I saw a do not disturb sign on the door. I thought perhaps the cleaning staff had simply forgotten to remove it, but upon unlocking and opening the door, I saw someone’s toiletries and clothing in the bathroom area. I immediately closed the door and returned to the front desk, telling them that this room was occupied. The person at the desk check the computer and said no had been checked into that room. I assured her someone was there. I was given a room on the 15th floor with access to the Sheraton Club which I had no interest in going to. There was a repetitive squealing in the hallway, I assumed from the cooling system. This made it rather difficult to sleep. I didn’t mention this to the staff because I was tired and didn’t want to have to move to another room. I was offered two complimentary breakfast passes by the manager as compensation, of which I had no use for since I was leaving the hotel at 4:45AM to catch an early flight. No other compensation was offered. I told the front desk person, seeing the hotel had new owners, that I had been staying here for years anytime I had an early flight and had never had an experience like this
