The biggest perk of this hotel is its location – literally a 30‑second walk to the beach, and guests can use free sunbeds, which was super convenient. The beach itself is lovely with clear water, and we liked that we didn’t have to hunt for or pay for sunbeds daily. The hotel sits in a quieter part of Himarë, yet restaurants, cafés, and bars are all within walking distance, so we preferred this beach over the central one. Our room had a sea view, which was nice, and I imagine the higher floors would have an even better outlook. Breakfast was included and convenient, though very basic – we could always whip up a simple breakfast with eggs and a salad. Unfortunately, the price didn’t match the quality of the accommodation. The photos on Booking promised modern, attractive rooms, but the room we got felt old‑fashioned, with dated furniture and a bathroom clearly needing renovation. The shower was small, had poor water pressure, and the shower head was broken and couldn’t be fixed properly. There was very little storage or shelf space in the bathroom, and the AC remote was missing a battery. These small issues together made the room feel less comfortable, old, and poorly maintained than we expected for the price. Breakfast was also extremely basic and identical each day, with most fruit unripe. We could find something to eat, but given the hotel’s price we expected more variety and quality. Perhaps the value differs outside the summer, but during our stay the price was very high. At this price point, we’ve stayed in much more modern and comfortable hotels elsewhere in Europe, so we expected more – especially in Albania. One more note for travelers choosing a place in Himarë: the town is convenient for restaurants, cafés, and evening life, but the most beautiful beaches are outside the center. Knowing what we know now, we might have stayed closer to one of those beaches, like Livadhi. That said, if you want to stay in Himarë with everything within walking distance, this hotel has a genuinely excellent location – it blends easy town access, a quieter setting, and a nice beach right in front.

The room has a blackout curtain for sleeping in the dark, is quiet even though it’s beachfront, and offers direct sea access. The bedding was hard.
