This is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 2-3 stars only. The staff are rude. Asking for a pillow its like you asking for real gold. They treat you like you are going to rob them whenever you ask for something. Nobody treats you like a guest. I dont recommend this hotel for the value of money I paid

I can't recall anything that might have pleased me. Unfortunately, many things were disappointing. I've circled the globe and know how hotels are rated. The building is very old, located very close to the metro but far from the center, so you have to go back at midnight like Cinderella. The breakfast was good, but they didn't let me bring my coffee cup into the room, which is unacceptable for a 5‑star place. The room was clean but very noisy (the hotel sits on the edge of a local highway with heavy traffic day and night). The staff were fairly welcoming, except for the breakfast area staff. The room was clean but had shabby furnishings (the chair had holes in the seat). I made a mistake by booking this hotel. I wrote to Booking asking to change hotels and get a refund, but received no help or response. Booking behaved poorly, and I hope I won't face such problems again.

“Overall decent stay!”

The location and breakfast were good, and the hotel was clean with helpful staff. They gave us a smoking room even though we explicitly requested a non‑smoking room because my brother has asthma, but after we complained they moved us into a non‑smoking room.

The gym and spa were nice, but the breakfast was lacking.
