The room was spacious, but the service was overwhelmed, disorganized, and not bilingual in English—communication was almost impossible. Do not order room service: we found a nail in a pizza. The cleanliness was only average for a hotel of this category.

The place was generally clean, but the toilet’s flushing system was off, making odd noises at night and forcing us to switch rooms because it was faulty.

The room was large and the location was good, and the gym was big and old‑fashioned, but the layout was absurd: the shower was behind a separate toilet, and there was almost no storage or towel hooks; accessing the shower through the toilet in a room separate from the tub, wash basin, and towels was something I’d never seen elsewhere—totally strange.

The Kempinski sits in a great spot near the metro and many amenities, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, service is impeccable, the rooms are especially comfortable with amazing city views, breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and the space was extremely elegant—top notch! I loved everything.
