The room was spacious and clean, the American breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the metro. Everything was perfect.

The front‑desk staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and the bathtub was nice. Breakfast was very inflexible: every day only three menus were offered, and you had to notify the hotel a day in advance to receive a voucher; if you wanted to change it you’d have to pay a fee. The English‑speaking staff were also lacking. We didn’t want to change the menu, but we forgot to get a voucher, so we were forced to take the previous day’s menu or pay a fee, which felt illogical and rigid.

The hotel sits right next to 草梁站, and if you have luggage or a stroller you can use the elevator at exit 8; after taking the lift you turn right and see a 7‑11, then walk two minutes to the station. The cedar bathtub was moldy, so I didn’t feel safe taking a soak.

The surroundings were clean, the 24‑hour reception staff were all polite and friendly, and the hotel was very close to the metro station.

“Elendigt ophold.”

The pillows were too light and the duvets were thin. The heavy, heavy duvets ruined our sleep. We asked for different ones, but they refused to listen. We were rejected in a very rude manner. An incident also happened where we honestly told the staff we had spilled something in the room. It was on one of the thick duvets that the staff had not removed but had left under the room’s “desk”. They wanted us to pay about 500 kr for this mishap! After several long discussions (and probably because there was a Korean in our group), the amount was lowered later that day. A very unpleasant experience, and it lingered with us.
