The staff were absolutely fantastic, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We even got to enjoy romantic dinners on the balcony while watching the sunset. And to top it off, we had a delicious breakfast with a view of Thailand. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

This place has got its priorities right – it's in the heart of the action, with loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast spread was generous, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The lounge and bar area has a great view of the Mekong River, which is a lovely spot to relax. The only downside is that the rooms can get a bit noisy, but that's a small price to pay for the location.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which had a great selection of options to suit both Western and Asian tastes. The breakfast room on the 11th floor has huge windows with an amazing view – it's a great way to start the day. The only thing I'd say is that the rooms themselves were a bit of a letdown, but the breakfast made up for it.

The hotel's got some good things going for it – the rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast is decent, although you do have to pre-order the night before. However, the shower in my room was a bit of a disaster – the drain was blocked and the shower head kept falling down. The room itself was a bit cramped, and the gym and pool are actually located elsewhere, so you'll need to take a car to get there.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant and bar has an amazing view of the city and the Mekong River – it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The breakfast is also very good, with generous portions. However, I was a bit miffed when I asked to delay my second night's stay by a couple of days, only to be told that it wasn't possible because I was booked in.
