“Prima voor een nachtje (of twee) in het centrum van Cagliari”
The location is excellent. You’re right in the center, but at least in the Jungle Room you’re not bothered by the crowds and noise. The beds were not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fine, but not very well finished.
The place is great for being in the heart of the action, yet the hallway light isn’t blocked and it illuminates the jungle room, and there’s no soundproofing for the rest of the property. Getting into the self‑check‑in system was really complicated; even with the instructions I needed multiple attempts because of connectivity issues. There’s no lift, and the bathroom makes the whole room smell damp. Still, it offers good value if you want a central spot and can sleep easily.
“Be aware this is a flat share”
The décor is nice and the location is central, but I booked this apartment for myself, my husband, and our two children and found it a bit tricky to get in; it took a few tries to unlock the apartment door and the stairwell was hot and muggy in the middle of August. Inside, I was surprised when an internal door opened and another guest greeted me, explaining that there were three private rooms with a shared kitchen in the apartment—this wasn’t what I expected and didn’t feel comfortable for two kids. I couldn’t get into our room because the code for the room keypad didn’t work or wouldn’t open. While the décor was nice, the communal space felt too small for 8+ people, and it was also hot in the apartment, so I’m not sure if there was air conditioning. We quickly decided this wasn’t for us and arranged alternative accommodation for our night in Cagliari.
“Topplek”
The location is central, but the same building has other rooms that are also booked.
“Bon séjour en famille, la réservation et check in se sont très bien passé, c’est très organisé.”
The spot is near shops and the centre, the rooms are comfortable with AC, and the cleaning staff tidy the common areas daily with a discreet, helpful employee. However, you share the common areas with strangers because the booking is only for the rooms. There’s no way to cook or heat food in a microwave, and there aren’t enough chairs to eat a snack in the lounge.
