The spot is solid, in the old town, within walking distance of everything Zurich has to offer and plenty of eateries; they let us store our luggage until check‑out, which is a nice perk. Still, as expected in an expensive city, the room rate is steep compared to other countries I've visited, though most places here are pricey.

The price was sky‑high and the room tiny; the mattress felt ultra‑thin, probably resting on a sofa.

The room was spotless and quiet, the bed super comfy, the temperature perfect for this season; I met the housekeepers twice and both were very friendly, and I really appreciated the free bottled water in the lobby and the rooftop with a stunning view.

The location was fantastic, check‑in and check‑out were quick and simple, the room was quiet and the bed comfy. The room was mostly clean, yet there were hair and fur from the bathroom to the pillow.
