The reception was always available and items were on sale, but there was no bedside table or anything to hold personal items, we were on the 5th floor by stairs, terrible for carrying luggage up or down, and the worst part was the lack of running water; most days the shower had no water, and even after reporting it to reception the issue persisted until we left.
