The reception was excellent and the location in Saint Martin is very convenient. Everything is well adjusted and parking is even easy.

The place sits in the village center, is quiet, and clean. There was no clear reception or directions for arrival, breakfast, and payment (you had to call in front of the hotel, felt unsure whether to go elsewhere for breakfast, didn’t know whether the breakfast bar attached to the hotel or the dining room was the right spot, and had to pay when handing over the keys because I mistakenly thought the price would be charged automatically – this gave an unpleasant impression that the host wanted to leave without paying and that the hotel was only interested in collecting money). The price, considering the reception, the warmth of the room upon arrival, and the breakfast not included, feels high. This establishment is a reference in the village (my family had a house there from 1940 to 2011).

The owner and staff are friendly. A window shade in the room wouldn’t open.
