The hotel’s proximity to my workplace was a plus, but the bathtub was dirty and the towels had stains.
“Didn’t get what we paid for, DID NOT STAY AT MOTEL, had to find another further and more expensive room last minute.”
The place was utterly disgusting; I asked for a non‑smoking room, yet it was saturated with cigarette and urine odor. They claimed they'd spray it, but all rooms were smoking rooms. My allergy to tobacco smoke made staying impossible, forcing us to find another hotel on short notice for Valentine's Day, which cost us extra money and an hour’s drive.
