The room was very nice with a large balcony, the wellness area was great, and the food was good (though there were too few starters). The parking situation was bad because of large gaps left by SUVs in the narrow three‑floor garage—floor markings on the top level should be renewed. On the first evening we asked the waitress for a cup of tap water for our baby, and she told us it wasn’t available, only a half‑liter in a carafe could be ordered for a fee, which was disappointing and didn’t match the advertised family‑friendliness. There were very few starters (except on the Italian night), and we’re used to a much larger selection at comparable hotels. The buffet area was also very noisy.

The staff are friendly, the food is top‑class, and the cooking show experience is interesting; the spa is great, the location is convenient, and the Joker card is useful, with easy access to all cable cars and buses. It would have been nice to have a large mirror in the room, not just in the bathroom. The refrigerator is a bit noisy, and the room can get warm.

You stay in a very nice room with an incredible view of the Alps; breakfast and dinner are included, and the meals are exactly as they should be—delicious. The kids’ play area is nearby and offers many activities for children. The pool is very small and inadequate, so it may not be very useful in summer.

The hotel’s view and location were wonderful. The room’s size, balcony, and cleanliness were excellent. It’s a great hotel for families with children, offering both indoor and outdoor play areas. Many play zones are available and the kids have a lot of fun. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. The breakfast’s organic quality was very nice. The staff are friendly and very helpful; the reception team’s welcome at the entrance and their assistance were great. A surprise drink sent to the room from the entrance and a gift given at checkout were lovely surprises. Thank you for the kind gifts.
