We felt comfortable with all the amenities. The swimming pool shuts down at night.

I didn’t get breakfast, but the A/C made a lot of noise.
I liked the room—it’s so cool. The aircon can get really hot sometimes.
The hotel is close to the mall. Our room’s cooling system and bathroom lack air vents.
“I will stay in your hotel again as the bed is big and comfortable”
The spot is super close to the airport, shopping malls, cafés, and restaurants. The room wasn’t cleaned right; there were finger nails on the floor, probably from a previous guest cutting nails. The reception staff didn’t talk to each other—first I got an extra bed ordered by one person, then another staff member had no idea what I was referring to. The extra bed wasn’t set up properly, and when I paid for breakfast with that bed, the staff in the morning told me it wasn’t included, even though I have the receipt. Aside from that, the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.
