I love the location because everything is close: the Jardín del Arte, Angelópolis, Plaza Sendela, and shopping centers. The restaurant is excellent, the food is great, and the staff are very friendly. The internet quality could improve—it’s sometimes slow—and the TV channel selection is limited.

The staff were attentive, but they charged me for the full six‑night stay instead of the two days I actually stayed, which is a completely irregular practice I’ve never experienced before, even in other hotels.

The room was huge, the staff were friendly, and I didn’t try the coffee, but unlike other hotels that use the traditional San Lorenzo, they’re different and that’s appreciated. The street noise was a bit loud, which is different from other places where it’s quieter.
