Unfortunately there’s not much good I can say other than the staff were polite. Very unclean. One of the 5 rooms we booked we were completely unable to use due to the cigarette smoke that hits you as you open the door. Which then meant we had to squeeze 2 people into one of the other 4 rooms. leaving a room we paid for unused. one of the rooms had a dirty tooth pick on the side, and the toilet didn’t flush. Another had an empty Doritos packet and fake nails still on the floor. When we approached the reception, the male was very polite but it was his first day. I felt really bad but he obviously didn’t know what to do, he was trying his best to get in touch by calling somebody which nobody answered so we had no choice but to squeeze in the other 4 rooms. Which were all so very debatable. We told the manager the following morning, which he responded to just take it up with which I have, but yet to hear back
