Breakfast was very good, the room was very good and everything was very clean. Maybe the layout of everything on one floor is a bit confusing, but it’s not a big deal.

The place is well‑situated, quiet, and private.

The spot is fantastic, right in the middle of Gran Via. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. The staff were attentive and left complimentary items in the room, like water bottles, coffee, tea and biscuits. The balcony gives a great view of the avenue. The elevator is too small and can’t handle the flow of guests, so we had to use the stairs many times.

The location is spot on, close to many Madrid sights and public transport stops right next door. I liked how clean everything was and my room was bright with wide windows and a nice view. The continental breakfast was great. The hair dryer didn’t work.
