It’s in a very central spot! The staff are super friendly.

Very friendly reception. We could park our car for free on the street in front of the hotel with a resident parking permit from the hotel, even on the day of departure. The hotel is central yet still quiet. The city centre and the Kurpark are a few minutes on foot. Good breakfast buffet. A few pictures on the wall would make the room feel less austere. The concrete façade of the whole complex looks unwelcoming from the outside.

The location is ideal near the springs and the city centre. On Thursday at 06:00 the delivery guy with a noisy diesel truck was in a city‑area location. Friday night/ Saturday morning and Saturday night / Sunday morning (and more) the hotel bar terrace lets customers stay until 01:00, so sleep was hard, especially with the hotel’s Oktoberfest.

The hotel is very modern. The room was big enough and very clean.

The location is perfect – right in the city with access to the park and various sights. The room was modernly furnished. I also liked the bathroom with the large shower. Maybe too few parking spaces. I was lucky with parking and managed to snag an extra spot offered by the hotel.
