A brand‑new AC was installed after the first night because the old unit was leaking. The drain cover in the middle of the bathroom was broken, so my kid could step into it, and the same issue existed on the balcony. When I showered, the drain was overflowing even though the water pressure was low.

The location and the people were great, but the rooms feel a little outdated.

Everything is close by and the street is quiet, but parking is a problem—there are many tourists and very few parking spots! We are an older age group and were given a room on the second floor that required stairs, which was not very pleasant. The room itself is simple; there are a couple of things that could use some repair or decoration. What really bothered me in the bathroom was the curtain’s bottom hanging in the water, dirty, and the smells! There is no window, just a small extractor, and the drain smell is constant in the bathroom. This was very disappointing!

The balcony is nice, but the price was a bit high.

The staff were friendly, but the beds were hard.
