The beds are the most comfortable there, everything was excellent.

The entire complex is a dream, one of the most beautiful hotels for me; the staff and service were outstanding, and any issue was resolved immediately. The direct link to the shopping mall and the Skybar SEE is fantastic, and the shuttle boat to Sathorn Pier and Siam Icon is spectacular—the whole Chao Phraya atmosphere, especially at night, is phenomenal. However, you need plenty of time to enjoy all the amenities; we didn’t have enough, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, and we hope to return with more time.

We hit a snag at the start with what we thought we were getting, but the issue was fixed right away. We loved everything else!
