“Excelentes custo benefício”

The place is close to everything and near the station; the staff are very attentive, especially the receptionist; however, the ceiling had mold in the bathroom, a noticeable odor, and the shower gives a shock when turned off even when using cold water—since the hotel is under renovation, these are areas to improve, but the price makes it worthwhile.

The service and cleaning were good, but mold on the ceiling, a damp room, and a window facing a workshop were disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and although there’s no dedicated porter, the lady kindly let us leave our bags at reception after check‑out, which was lovely. Unfortunately, there’s no real separation between the bathroom and the room—just a box and a raised step—and since the box doesn’t reach the ceiling, the room smells damp.

Convenient for shopping and public transport, but there’s no breakfast and the shower curtain in the box is missing.
