The place felt cozy and spotless, and the beds were comfy. The front desk team greeted us warmly and supplied all the info we needed. Nearby shops and eateries were within walking distance, which was a nice perk. I appreciated the self‑parking, letting me come and go on my own schedule, and the room met our needs for a quick overnight stay. On the downside, the rooms were a bit small, and the shower had mold with a strong odor. Breakfast was decent, but it would have been better if they offered more hot options like bacon, sausage, hash browns, cheese for eggs, or pastries.

“Convenient to North Park, and a nice shopping area”

The hotel’s location made it easy to reach the venue and nearby restaurants. However, the check‑in receptionist seemed rushed and unfocused, lacking a welcoming vibe and even letting us overhear the hurried exchanges with previous guests. When I asked for a half‑hour checkout extension because a sick family member was in the car, I was denied, with the staff citing that they were “hounded” by early arrivals that day. As we hurried out, there was not a single room‑service cart on the floor, which was disappointing.
