The place is very well situated, close to the beach and the city centre. The room was large and clean, and the staff welcomed us warmly even though we arrived before check‑in time. Lunch was excellent with plenty of options. The mattress had a curve that hurt my back.

The location was great. For getting to Porto, the 500 bus stops 100 metres from the hotel right into the centre. Absolutely perfect! Breakfast was ample, no complaints.

A very nice renovated old house, friendly staff, and the owner is always present at breakfast. Breakfast is good for the price and can be enjoyed in a lovely setting. There is street parking available when spots open and a parking garage nearby. A bus stop and metro are just around the corner. The room on the street had the window open and was very loud, with several restaurants and bars on the street and a very busy road.

The host and reception were good, and breakfast was also fine. There was no space for luggage and no nightstands. The pillows were terrible, and the old building was very noisy.
