The location is good and the rooms offer a decent value. Breakfast isn’t bad, not overly abundant, but still offers a variety: croissants, cake slices, yogurt, bread with speck and cheeses, plus packaged items like jam and crackers. The restaurant is truly very good. We were not given the same room we had booked on Booking; they had misassigned the rooms for the correct number of people. We were three families, so I’m not sure if this mistake caused it, but our quadruple setup was prepared for three in terms of beds and towels (we asked and they still brought the missing towels). The room was supposed to have a bidet but didn’t, which was inconvenient for two children without one. There was a bathtub instead of a shower, and the croissant holder wasn’t attached to a stand, so you had to hold it, whether the water was cold or hot. Nothing serious, but it could be fixed to make everything more functional. Overall, the bathroom was clean and the room, despite the carpet that certainly doesn’t help, was as shown in the photos. But if I book a quadruple with a bidet and end up with a triple without one… well, I’m not sure. In general the hotel feels very dated, at least the room we had. Definitely go to the restaurant; it’s a safe bet.
