I was disappointed that over 7 days the room only had towels changed twice and the bed linen never changed – that was the only drawback, and housekeeping didn’t clean the room daily 😭.

The facilities are luxurious and the cleaning is top‑level, but the hotel is far from the airport and the water park lacks enough snacks for kids.

Aquapark offers great rides and relatively short queues; the room size is adequate. It isn’t good value for money. The food was repetitive and average, alcohol was mostly cheap and low quality, and only a few bartenders knew how to make cocktails; most just poured ingredients into a glass. The gym is too small for such a large hotel. The pool water was very cold even though it was hot outside. The kids’ club is small and boring. Evening kids’ entertainment started late at 8 pm, and small kids already needed to sleep. The beach is small, overcrowded, and lacks facilities.

פעם שנייה שלנו במלון וחזרנו מרוצים בסך הכל מתאים מאוד לילדים צעירים, במיוחד עד גיל 8,9 הבריכות אחלה, החוף ים חמוד, קטן אבל ממש הספיק לנו. יש פארק מים לגדולים יותר, מקפידים מעל מטר עשרים וחלק נוסף עם מגלשות שמתאים ליותר צעירים ההופעות בערב, הדיסקו, המתנפח השאירו את הילדים עסוקים ושמחים האוכל הוא בסדר, לא לצפות לגורמה וככה לא להתאכזב, אנחנו מצאנו מה לאכול בכל ארוחה. לקחנו חדר גדול מאוד שהיה אחלה . זה במתחם יותר מרוחק מהמרכז, אז יש הליכה כל פעם. כלום
