The hotel's central location and the staff's unwavering support left a lasting impression on me.

Choosing this hotel for my business appointments in the financial district was a brilliant decision.

“اقامه سريعه مكان ضيق”
The location was close to the market and the on‑site terrace was good. The cleanliness of the floors and bathrooms was poor.
“Clean and Comfortable Rooms, but Limited Amenities”
The hotel's rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, which was a major plus for me. However, the lack of a convenient location and parking facilities was a significant drawback. Despite the clean and cozy rooms, I found the hotel's location to be a major inconvenience, and I had to look elsewhere for parking.
“Room for Improvement in Terms of Cleanliness and Amenities”
While the staff was generally responsive when I had questions or concerns, my overall experience was marred by several issues. The air conditioning and mini-fridge didn't work in my initial room, and it took multiple attempts to get them fixed. My room wasn't clean, with hair and ants present, and basic amenities like a functional hair dryer and electric kettle were missing. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were subpar.
“Exceptional Communication and Efficient Processes”
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's exceptional communication and efficient processes, which made my stay a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the swift and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Their excellent communication skills and efficient operations truly made my stay stand out.
“Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff didn't speak a word of English, making every interaction a struggle. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was out of order for my entire stay, and I was surprised to find that the breakfast I had been promised wasn't available. Adding insult to injury, I didn't get the room I had booked in advance.
