The location, the room and the breakfast were nice, but the blaring music shook the walls of the restaurant downstairs; when I complained to the owner about the disturbance at 23:30, she replied that the dinner guests had paid and deserved the music, implying our payment for the room and dinner wasn’t enough. Instead of apologising, she asked if we wanted to leave even though we lived three hours away—terrible customer service.
