“Beautiful heritage property and excellent service”

We were greeted warmly even though we arrived late, and we truly enjoyed our stay at this attractive heritage property, which is beautifully decorated and full of character. The staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful and charming throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good selection of delicious food and lovely, friendly service. We stayed in the Heritage Suite, which was enormous, tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable, with a lovely bed and thoughtful touches including biscuits, chocolates and snacks. Housekeeping was excellent, and the laundry service was also very good. The pool was a real bonus – a lovely, peaceful place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful property, made particularly special by the wonderful staff. The only slight downside was the location – not that far from the city centre but it took a while to get into the centre because of the heavy traffic.

“Un véritable coup de cœur à Jaipur !”

The Royal Heritage Haveli was one of the most beautiful discoveries on our trip to India. It’s a place full of charm, intimate, where you feel immediately at ease, almost like home. What makes this hotel so special is its team. Everyone is remarkably kind, always attentive, with a sincere desire to please and make the stay as pleasant as possible. Warm, caring hospitality, never ostentatious. We were lucky to stay in room 119, located on the garden level by the pool. The room is absolutely gorgeous, in absolute silence, just steps from the restaurant, spa and pool. Everything is easily accessible, in a green and peaceful setting. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The terrace is lovely, the team is extraordinary and the food is very good. The menu is varied, and the à la carte breakfast is a real delight. We also tried the Ayurvedic massage at the spa: an exceptional experience that we recommend without hesitation. A must-do! The hotel also has a small gym, not pretentious, equipped with a few machines, but plenty enough to keep up with your workout routine while on vacation. To conclude, we have stayed in several prestigious and renowned palaces on this trip, but it is the Royal Heritage Haveli that touched us the most, discreet luxury, an intimate atmosphere, authenticity. One small nuance regarding the rooms: our first night was in a room on the floor near the reception. Although very beautiful and spacious, its surroundings and view were not at all as charming as those of our second room, on the garden side. We asked to change, and the team immediately did everything possible to satisfy our request, even arranging the transfer of all our belongings. We are very grateful. I would advise checking the room location carefully, as it can significantly change the experience of the stay.

“Magnifique adresse authentique à Jaipur”

Le charme et la beauté de l’hôtel L’authenticité du lieu magnifique Le restaurant au top La qualité du petit déjeuner Le service impeccable La beauté de la chambre et de sa salle de bain. Un peu loin du centre mais rien de grave Quelques équipements capricieux notamment la tv mais là encore on ne vient pas pour ça !

The setting is pretty and elegant, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit out of the city centre for sightseeing, but it allows you to be in a quieter corner.
