“Satisfação do cliente!”

The staff were attentive and ready to help, especially Kelly and another receptionist whose name I didn’t catch. The room was spacious and very good. Breakfast was well supplied, though we had to pre‑select the ingredients. The pool area looked beautiful, but it was too windy and the water was cold. The bar prices were high. They say the hotel is close to the center, yet the walk is tiring, uphill on the return, over 1 km. Mid‑night the room’s air conditioner stopped working; the next day they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I asked for a room change, and because the hotel was full they moved me to a nearby higher‑category hotel where we stayed comfortably for the next two nights. I was very pleased with the solution the team offered, and they also gave us a bottle of white wine and a dinner. The staff were extremely attentive.

“Not worth the money in high season”

The pool views are stunning, but the place isn’t a 4‑star hotel. It seems to bank on the great views and charges high prices for very basic service. I stayed here two years ago and the staff were friendly and the pool side service great, which made me rebook, but this year it wasn’t the same. The views and pool remain lovely. Prices have risen but the service doesn’t match that. Housekeeping was attentive and friendly, but the rest of the staff weren’t that warm. I don’t know if it was the end of season and they had given up, but it was very disappointing after my last stay. Food and drink are expensive even for Mykonos and there’s no atmosphere around the pool. When we ordered lunch it was good quality, but breakfast was not. The breakfast was very limited and basic, serving scrambled eggs (if you order) in a small glass jar and when I ordered a breakfast sausage I got two tiny mini sausages in a glass jar. The Greek yoghurt was very good but the other options were limited and not high quality. You also cannot order a coffee; they serve American‑style coffee in jugs at the tiny buffet (no food is labelled and very small amount on offer) and will no longer take coffee orders and make them. There were coffee capsules in the room so I had to make my coffee in my room, bring it to breakfast and add cold milk as hot milk was not an option either. For the price we paid for a week in August this is quite shocking, especially if you are a 4‑star hotel. Great balcony views and a 15‑minute walk to town so it is quiet around the hotel area. Water was provided daily to the room which was very helpful. They also let us check in early which was helpful after our flight. The rooms are comfy but not enough storage for clothes apart from a few hangers; some other furniture would be helpful as we had no where to put our clothes. The bathroom had a noisy pump as mentioned in other reviews going all night. The hotel asked us what time we were arriving and after I turned down booking a taxi transfer they did not reply to me. We arrived at the hotel at the time I stated and the main drop‑off is by the pool, no staff were around so luckily I knew where reception was and could go find it but having staff there would be helpful for guests.

“Belle vie à Mykonos”

The view from the rooms and the pool, especially at sunset, is magnificent. The hotel is well located, not too far from the center (still a good climb for the return). The staff are extremely kind and attentive. I was lucky to be upgraded to a partner hotel for part of the stay, it was superb! Nothing negative.

It was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking, located within walking distance to Little Venice. All was good.
