The hotel was very clean and a 15‑minute walk from Kyoto station. I felt the value for money was questionable. With the high room price, it was disappointing that we had to share the toilet and shower with others. The toilet was pretty cool, featuring a warm seat that opened when you approached. The doors and locking system were excellent. The futons and pillows were uncomfortable.
