Located on the outskirts of Taranto, reachable by car or public bus, just 13 minutes on foot from the nearest beach. The decor is pretty and fairly new, though there’s room for improvement. The manager let us in for a quick reset at no charge. The double bed had a good mattress. We were a group of four but staying in two rooms, so I can’t judge how comfy the two extra beds were. The windows are old wooden ones that don’t block outside temperature or the constant traffic noise from the street below (apartment Tramonto). We asked for a spare key card but only a classic key was available, so whoever used it couldn’t turn on lights or AC. The toilet flush was half rusted; replacing it would be hygienic and inexpensive. On the ground floor there’s a kids’ party room, so it’s easy for a noisy evening to spill over, but fortunately everyone was asleep by a certain time.

Five minutes on foot to the beach. Easy communication with the host, shared kitchen, friendly chats with other guests. A climate‑controlled shared kitchen would be great, plus a table and chairs on the balcony or under the stairs.

We spent 12 nights here as a family of three. The room and bathroom were spotless when we arrived and stayed well maintained. The place was comfy, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of nice restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient supermarket nearby. The location is ideal for tourists. You can rent an e‑bike to explore Taranto’s beautiful spots, and the nearby beach is clear and lovely. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with questions or recommendations, making us feel at home. The only areas for improvement were the lack of a washing machine, which would have been handy for a family staying almost two weeks, and the occasional noise and loud music on days when the venue hosted parties; we’re heavy sleepers, so it didn’t bother us much.

Excellent cleanliness. Exterior windows are difficult to operate. Rooms lack support furniture (chairs or other seating). The shared kitchen is too small for a place that hosts more guests. The bathroom fan needs repair and isn’t working.
